What to include

The more you can tell us up front, the more accurate the estimate and the fewer questions we need to come back with:

• The address of the premises.
• Building type — converted flats, purpose-built block, HMO, office, retail, hospitality, mixed use.
• Approximate size, number of floors and number of units.
• Which service you think you need, if you know.
• Any deadline you are working to, such as an insurer or enforcing authority request.
• Whether a previous assessment exists.

Where we work

We cover Greater London, including central, inner and outer London boroughs. If your property is within the London area, contact us with its location and we can discuss the service required.
