We want this website, and the reports we produce, to be usable by as many people as possible — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That standard covers things like colour contrast, keyboard access, text alternatives for images, and clear, consistent structure.
We review the site periodically, but we are a small business and some issues may remain. If you encounter a page that does not work well with your assistive technology, we would genuinely like to know — it is the fastest way for us to fix it.
Fire risk assessment reports are normally supplied as PDF documents. If a PDF is difficult for you to use, we can provide the findings in an alternative format, such as a structured Word document, large print, or a spoken summary over the phone. There is no charge for this.
Email contact@fireassessmentrisklondon.co.uk or call 01748220381. Please tell us the page or document involved and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five working days.
The Equality Act 2010 requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments. If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
